In a study looking at the effectiveness of online therapy, it was shown that patients who had undergone online Cognitive Behavioral Therapy* combined with clinical care found it effective in dealing with a number of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and illness-related emotional distress. In fact, a significant number of the patients involved in this study were said to have had better results using online therapy compared to those who had undergone traditional in-person CBT.

Are online therapists fully qualified?
